SalesRook is at a pivotal moment in its growth journey, and we urgently need your support to seize a set of game-changing opportunities that are on the table right now.
Since our launch in March 2022, SalesRook has been on an impressive growth trajectory, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 47.4% in share price. A £5,000 investment then would now be worth £14,074.
Over the last 12 months, we’ve built AI into our Core business and re-focused entirely on the property sector. This has allowed us to crack a scalable, high-retention revenue stream that is now growing at an average rate of 7% per month, driving a remarkable 127% year-over-year revenue increase.
However, what we’re facing now goes beyond this — it’s about the real opportunities we are on the verge of unlocking. We currently have five major deals in the works that could dramatically accelerate our growth:
- LSL Property Services plc: We’ve cleared the risk assessment, landed our first Your Move franchise, and are now an approved supplier to the second-largest estate agent chain in the UK, covering 500+ branches nationwide. This could be a massive channel for us, but we don’t have the resources to scale with them as quickly as we need to.
- Savills: After five deep-dive meetings, we’re down to the final stages, and we’re the "only supplier remaining in the conversation." With 600 global offices, including key markets like France, Germany, and Spain, this could be a transformational deal — but we need the team and infrastructure to support it.
- Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB): We’re in active partnership talks with MAB, a network that spans 1,000+ offices across the UK. An initial pilot is underway with promising early results. This could unlock a whole new vertical for us — but again, without more resources, we can’t service this opportunity at the level it requires.
- Relocation Agent Network: We’ve just signed an affiliate partner contract with a network of 181 companies, potentially giving us access to 1,000+ offices nationwide. This is a huge growth opportunity, but we’re simply not equipped to scale fast enough without additional investment.
- Property Franchise Group: We’re gearing up for a pilot with Brooke Financial Services, which oversees 18 brands and 250+ franchise owners. This has the potential to bring us wide visibility across the sector, but to make it successful, we need to expand our resources rapidly.
